He survived the notorious Attica Prison through his gifted hands and a set of colored pencils. With every drawing Valentino conveys a message of resilience, hope and perseverance. His unique shading is often compared to or confused with paintings. After his exoneration, Valentino's story was nominated twice for an Emmy, and he was awarded a Gold medal from the Vatican. He has since sold art to some of the most famous people on the planet, including Michelle Obama. Through his art and unwavering spirit, he shares his story worldwide and has a feature film set to be released in 2026.
